Bootstraped software

A bootstrap is a set of software bundled in a self-contained environment so that it can run without requiring additional configuration or setup.

A big thanks to the developers of the Termux team who relentlessly maintain native packages and the environment for the Android platform. Building JekyllEx would not have been possible without their help with my numerous queries and bug reports that they promptly resolved.

The original termux patches are licensed under Apache-2.0.

JekyllEx bundles the following software in its ruby-android bootstrap:

The latest release of the bootstrap can be found here.

The patches developed by Termux are maintained for < Android 10. The custom patches for ruby and bundled gems, build scripts and workflows to build the bootstrap for JekyllEx — to work on all Android versions — developed by Gourav Khunger are licensed under the MIT License.
